Sinotrust Online Service Agreement

Welcome to read Sinotrust website member service agreement (hereinafter referred to “this agreement”). Clauses of this agreement are applicable for all members purchasing products and services through the website www.bizteller.cn.

1. Definition

SINOTRUST refers to Sinotrust Business Information & Consulting Ltd., which owns and operates the website www.bizteller.cn.

Website refers to the website www.bizteller.cn.

Member refers to any individual, company or organization which accepts the website service agreement, gets registered on the website according to the requirements of SINOTRUST and is able to sign legal contracts according to related laws.

Service refers to information products and services provided on the website including but not limited to Credit Report. SINOTRUST can adjust the specific content of products and services provided on the website.

2. Getting Registered

2.1 An application for registration must be submitted before using the services for members’ use only on the website. Applying for registration means agreeing to and accepting this agreement.

2.2 True, accurate, complete and latest information must be supplied in the application for registration as required by the website. Member has the obligation to timely update its registration information on the website so as to keep it true, accurate, complete and latest.

2.3 SINOTRUST bears the obligation to keep secret the registration information of Member. The information submitted by Member is only for liaison use between SINOTRUST and Member and for no other use.

3. Service Terms

3.1 Being a member does not mean that Member has automatically obtained the right to use on-line services. An application for related services shall be submitted to SINOTRUST through the website. SINOTRUST examines the application to confirm whether to provide service and what kind of service to be provided.

3.2 SINOTRUST grants Member the right to use related services within a prescribed time period according to the application supplied and payment record of Member, and Member has the right to obtain related services through the website during the service term.

Member shall use services according to procedures and functions stipulated by the website, and is not allowed to try to obtain services provided by the website by any other means. SINOTRUST has the right to restrict the visit purview or terminate the service term for any unauthorized abuse.

SINOTRUST does not guarantee the completeness and accuracy of any information available on line and shall not be liable for any result arising out of the use of SINOTRUST service.

SINOTRUST shall try its best to ensure the normal 24-hour operation of the website so as to guarantee that Member can use the services at any time.

7. Service Charge

SINOTRUST adopts different service charge modes for different types of services. When Member orders services needed, the specific charge mode and payment terms are subject to negotiation between SINOTRUST and Member.

8. Expiration of Service Term

SINOTRUST shall inform Member 10 working days prior to the expiration of the subscribed service term of Member so that Member can determine whether to continue to purchase related services or not.

9. Termination of Service

After expiration of service term, if Member does not continue to purchase related services from SINOTRUST, SINOTRUST has the right to immediately terminate its services to Member without further notification.

10. ID, Code and Security of Member

Member logs in to the website through its ID and password for related services. Member shall bear all the responsibility for all activities and events it conducts with its ID.

Member can change its password at any time and shall strictly keep the password safe and confidential.

If any illegal use of the ID or security leak occurs, Member shall immediately inform SINOTRUST about it.

Member agrees that SINOTRUST can transfer related rights and obligations of SINOTRUST stipulated in this agreement to a third party without stating reasons.

12. Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or related to this agreement or services of SINOTRUST shall be submitted to Beijing Municipal Arbitration Committee of P.R.C. for arbitration according to applicable arbitration rules.
